RETURN / REPLACEMENT & REFUND

For all our merchandise we maintain a 'No Return' policy. So we want you to kindly go through the product details/instructions before making your purchase.
Refunds will be given in the following cases:
• In case you don't receive what you have scene on the website, let us know by a phone call by contacting us or sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to send you the replacement of that item. Also if the company on its own discovers any mispricing on its online catalogue and the price charged to the user is higher than the actual price, then the extra amount charged will be refunded.
• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Urban Craft may, at its discretion, either cancels the order and notify customer of such cancellation or contact the customer to inform them about the same. In such cases Urban Craft will refund the extra amount charged to the customer (only for which the payment has already been received).
• If you have ordered an item online which wasn’t a customized order by us and if there are genuine quality issues regarding that product, then do call us immediately, we will be glad to assist you and we will try to send a replacement for it.
In the following case the returns are not possible
• If return is made outside the specified time frame.
• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Products that are altered.
• Merchandise for which it is already mentioned that return, replacement & refund policy is not applicable.
• With certain fabrics there will always be minor design and colour variation between
products you see online and products you get in hand.
• Customized orders will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Incorrect or out dated delivery address.
• Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
• In case the user orders a wrong item, user shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

How & when will I receive my refund / return amount?
Every request of refund / return would be passed only after the item is appraised and it is ensured that the item has not been tampered with or altered in any unacceptable manner. Return products must be in unused condition with tags and packaging intact. The customer will receive the payment in form of a cheque/online transfer (as the case may be) within 21 working days after the company takes the decision of the return / refund. The return / refund decision will be at the sole discretion of the company.
For Online Refunds
In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (Credit Card/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer’s Card Account.
Online refund will be done within 21 working days from the date of request for the refund amount to reflect into your account.
For Offline Refunds
In case the offline mode, refund will be done through Cheque/DD.
Offline refund request will be processed within 7-8 working day from the date of request of refund & approval.
Refund cheques will be sent to the billing address of the customer.
Urban Craft retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective or damaged, based on the inspection & verification done by Urban Craft. In case product is found to be defective or damaged then the Urban Craft team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the product in the stock.
In case the returned product is not found to be defective or damaged as claimed by the customer then the customer will be informed about it and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the customer.
If the same product is unavailable in our stock then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
The user shall be required to return the product to Urban Craft only if a replacement of that product is available. In case we don't have the product at all, we will provide the refund to the user and the user shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with, in cases of replacement.
