How do I know whether you have received the Cheque / Demand Draft for the order I had placed?
You will receive a confirmation email to the email ID provided by you after you place an order, if you haven’t received a mail, please inform us. Also mention the POD (Proof of Delivery) details of the courier through which you’ve sent the Cheque / Demand Draft. We will definitely help you to resolve the issue.
In case online payment method is used then during the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed and received. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from us.
This happens only when payment gateway has successfully charged money from you for your order but due to technical issues the order status has not been updated in our system as complete. Most of these orders get confirmed within 24-hours. You can always drop up an email at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning about your order details if you require any further clarification.
We offer multiple options for payments, such as:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Card/ Net Banking
- Cheque /Demand Draft - subject to realization
Buyers don’t pay any transaction charges. The Online Store bears the transaction charges at payment gateway.
Can the cheque /demand draft be posted/couriered?
The Cheque or Demand Draft (payable at par at Mumbai) should be drawn in favor of Urban Craft and can be dropped at any HDFC Bank drop box or it can be couriered at Prashant A/16, Dawood Baug Road, Andheri –West, Mumbai – 400058.The shipping process will initiate after the cheque is cleared.Alternatively, you can make payment through Internet.

When will I be actually charged?
For all purchases, you need to make the payment first and subsequent to that your order will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days depending on the order quantity. Incase of any customized order, you need to do a part payment towards your order first and the balance has to be paid before the dispatch of the order from the workshop. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that the order has been dispatched from our warehouse/workshop and is on its way to you.
